Service Description

What is it? An evidence-based program that helps parents support their children in managing anxiety, while reducing overall family stress. Main Goals: Provide parents with effective strategies to help their children cope with anxiety. Strengthen children’s and adolescents’ confidence and resilience. Prevent the consolidation of long-term anxiety patterns. Key Strategies for Parents: Understand the role of anxiety and how it influences behavior. Teach children coping strategies to face fears and worries. Adjust parental responses to reduce the reinforcement of anxious behaviors. Promote independence and the ability to face challenges. Benefits: Children and adolescents become more confident and capable of managing their fears. Parents feel more prepared and less anxious in supporting their children. Improved family wellbeing and healthier daily dynamics. The program is practical and flexible, available through group sessions, individual sessions, or online.
