Dear Parents,

First of all, thank you for your interest in this new initiative!

We are delighted by your enthusiastic response and are excited to kick off the programme by sharing news and updates on the first travel experience created for our international community.

A unique family adventure in Norway, this tour shows the Great North at its best: breathtaking landscapes and wild nature, cosy atmospheres, tasty food, cultural treats and emotional intelligence get-togethers. And much more, one true Nordic gem at a time. As we travel between fishing villages, larger cities and hidden inland towns, the magic of the Scandinavian winter unfolds, inviting us to explore and connect: with the environment around us, with ourselves and, most importantly, with one another.

Would you like to know more?Join our live webinar on Sunday, October 18th

The webinar will open with a presentation of the Growing Up Abroad Travel Experiences programme, then walk you through the tour’s core components: day-by-day itinerary, accommodation and meals, group activities, transport arrangements (flights, land and sea transfers) and more. We will also explain booking requirements and procedures in detail, so that anyone interested can secure a spot. The session will close with an interactive Q&A.

If you can’t make it on Sunday, a second live session will be held the next day:

Monday, October 19th at 12:30 pm CEST

As spots on this tour are limited, we strongly recommend attending one of the two webinars. If neither date works for you, don’t worry: you will receive a recap email with everything you missed and clear guidance on next steps.

A few words on our Travel Experiences

Growing Up Abroad Travel Experiences was created to offer international families opportunities to build meaningful connections, discover new destinations and enjoy memorable adventures together.

Developed by Giulia Schembri (clinical psychologist and family therapist, former flight attendant) and Federico Geremei (travel writer, tour guide and lecturer), these thoughtfully curated itineraries are designed for international families and Third Culture Kids, combining authentic travel, wellbeing, culture and lasting ties.

As part of each trip, Giulia will offer optional sessions on Emotional Intelligence for mobile families and Third Culture Kids. Through interactive activities, adults and children will explore self-awareness, emotions, relationships and resilience, with a focus on navigating the challenges of an international lifestyle.

Warm regards,

Giulia & Federico
